Overview

Twenty residences, three types.

Type I accounts for seventeen residences, Type II for two, Type III for one. Every residence has a private pool and is arranged over two levels, at 0.000 and −3.300.

The source states two area measures for each type — net and GSA — and gives an individual plot area for each of the twenty plots. Both measures are listed below, separately, because they are defined differently and are not interchangeable.
